About Me

I am a Life Transformation Coach helping people move out of survival mode, regulate their nervous system, and create a life that feels safe, aligned, and truly fulfilling.

My work is deeply personal.

I didn’t come into coaching from theory — I came through my own transformation.
I was originally trained as an architect, but I realized I didn’t want to just build structures or follow a path that didn’t feel true to me. I chose a different direction — one that felt meaningful.

My journey took me from Ukraine to France, and later to Germany. Along the way, I faced anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the challenges of being highly sensitive and deeply empathetic.

For a long time, I felt stuck between wanting more from life and not feeling safe enough inside to move forward.

Learning how to regulate my nervous system and build inner stability changed everything.

Now, this is the foundation of my work.

I support clients who feel overwhelmed, lost, or disconnected from themselves — especially during life transitions or relationship challenges. Together, we create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and begin to move from clarity instead of fear.

My approach combines nervous system regulation, deep inner work, and a holistic understanding of human experience — including emotional, mental, and energetic levels.

This is not about forcing change.

It’s about creating safety within, so change becomes natural.

Because when you feel grounded inside, you make different decisions.
And your reality begins to shift.
