About Me

I'm a mindset and leadership coach who helps founders, leaders, and coaches grow into the most grounded, confident, and authentic version of themselves—so they can lead with clarity, scale with purpose, and stay connected to what matters most.

My coaching blends practical, evidence-based tools with deep inner work. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, mindfulness, and energy alignment to help clients shift the patterns that hold them back—from self-doubt and imposter syndrome to burnout and perfectionism.

Clients often come to me when they're in a moment of transition—scaling a business, stepping into a new role, or feeling called to grow but unsure how. What they find in our work together is not just strategy or goal-setting (though we do that too), but the space to explore who they’re becoming, what they really want, and how to move forward with courage and self-trust.

Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade in the corporate world, leading marketing for startups and global companies like Shopify. That experience taught me that success doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from becoming more aligned with yourself. That’s the foundation of everything I now support my clients with.

I’m certified through Jay Shetty’s Coaching School, accredited by AC (Master level) and EMCC Global (Practitioner level) and also hold a diploma in hypnotherapy & hypnosis, positive psychology, mindfulness, and Reiki master. I bring a deeply intuitive presence to my coaching sessions—meeting each client where they are, challenging when needed, and always holding space with compassion and curiosity.
