About Me

Hi there, I'm Annabelle!

As a highly sensitive introvert myself, I know firsthand what it's like to live in ‘survival mode’ – that feeling of being emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, unsure how to truly rest, or simply feeling "different" from others, even when everything looks fine on the outside.

But over time, I found a new way to live by seeing my sensitivity as a strength, not a flaw—a path forged through deep inner work, self-exploration, and powerful tools from breathwork, freediving, and yoga.
Today, I feel much more grounded and at peace, and I'm passionate about helping others find that too.

I'm professionally trained in ICF-accredited coaching methodologies and my focus is on supporting sensitive, deep-feeling people, especially those who carry a lot on the inside while holding it all together on the outside.
I specialize in supporting individuals who grapple with overstimulation in busy environments and find it hard to manage their energy and set healthier boundaries.

My understanding is deeply informed by nervous system care, mindfulness (body-mind-awareness), and positive psychology (focusing on strengths & building resilience) to help you find more calm, confidence, and balance in your life, career, and relationships.
