About Me

Hi, I'm Anne. I'm an Executive and Life Coach with a passion for helping my clients live their best lives.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Executive and Life Coaching with Neuroscience accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I am also a certified Group and Team Coach and hold a B.A. in Human Development, M.A. in Interculturalism and a Certificate in Interpersonal Neurobiology.

I know what it's like to feel stuck. For many years, I stayed in my comfort zone working in an unfulfilling role because it paid the bills. I was unsure of what I wanted to do and pursued many courses and qualifications in my quest for my ideal job until I discovered coaching.

I quickly became convinced of its benefits and fascinated by the potential it has to help individuals bring about positive change in their lives.

Now, I'm delighted to support other women as they work towards their goals. I can help you get clear on what you want, transform self-doubt into self-confidence, set effective boundaries, overcome procrastination, achieve work/life harmony and most importantly increase your sense of wellbeing and fulfilment.
