About Me

I have over 300 hours of formal coaching experience and a certificate in Organizational Coaching from the University of British Columbia. To me, coaching is deliberate, reflective and forward looking. Framing life with positive focus while acknowledging realities, I work with people to clarify their purpose and find fulfillment in their work and life.

I spent 18 years in a dynamic, ever changing corporate environment with ten years spent as a manager recruiting, training and performance managing countless staff. From remote, small teams of millennials to large, corporate teams of professionals, I have experience developing leadership skills at all levels in an organization and helping people find impact and meaning in their work and life.

My approach is adaptable, flexible and builds lifelong capacity for self-coaching. My coaching is informed by the principles of neuroscience. Especially tapping into how our brain is contributing to our behaviours and how our behaviours can rewire our brains. I am known for being straight-forward, practical and solutions-focused but also warm, understanding, intuitive and resourceful.

My clients value my ability to bring tools, exercises and questions to the discussion to deepen learning, drive action and create accountability. In our work together, my clients have found themselves gain confidence in making decisions, taking action and being themselves.

Finally, I am a devoted wife and mother of two shining lights. I make time to be an active volunteer and an avid gardener. Being deliberate in decisions and brave in action – that’s what I want for people and that’s the kind of life I try to lead.
