About Me

Hi, I’m Anne. I pair my corporate experience with my coaching credentials to help people to develop and grow as leaders.

I spent 18 years in a dynamic, diverse corporate organization with ten years spent as a manager recruiting, training, and overseeing hundreds of staff. My management background includes small teams of professionals in corporate departments, remote teams of seasonal millennials, and large operational teams of tradespeople. It is this diverse experience that gives me context as a coach and the capacity to develop leaders at all levels of an organization.

As a Professional Certified Coach, my approach is adaptable, solutions-focused and direct. Over the past decade, I have worked virtually with people managers and individual contributors in large & complex companies across North America. My clients value my ability to bring context, theory and tools to the discussion to clarify realities, challenge limitations, and explore potential.

In addition to working one-on-one with clients, I facilitate coaching circles and workshops in the workplace on topics including motivating employees, coach-like management, inclusive leadership and feedback. I have experience interpreting assessment reports (i.e. Strengths Finder, DiSC, Insights, Myers Briggs) and helping both teams and individuals make sense of the findings and integrate them into action.

Finally, I am a devoted wife and mother of two shining lights. I make time to be an active volunteer and an avid gardener.
