I'm a qualified and certified life, career and Mindset Coach with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), ICF certified, and certified mental fitness Coach.
Through my engineering and business studies, and after 10 years in the corporate world, I have come to understand what achievement and stress mean. Dragging myself to a negative and unsuitable work environment left me demotivated and burned out. This was the best opportunity for me to search inside myself, build a resilient mindset and fulfill my life purpose. This is how I learned what serenity and happiness are, their importance, and how to integrate them into everyday life.
That is why I am now so committed to helping you grow your own strong and positive mindset, find your purpose in life and achieve any goal that resonates with your true self.

I decided to give coaching a try to get some perspective on some of my interests in life and really enjoyed the experience. Anne-Laure is friendly and a great listener. She persuaded me that some of the projects I was considering exploring were worth pursuing. As a result, I am really motivated to move forward and know what my strengths are to achieve my aims and how to deal with hurdles. I would recommend Anne-Laure as a coach to get another viewpoint on projects you might have in life.
