About Me

We can use 360 interviews and other assessment tools to help inform you of your strengths and opportunities. What can you build on? What is getting in your way of bringing your unique strengths to your professional and personal life? With this information, we will create a strategic plan so that you can mindfully, step by step, hone your leadership skills, address your team's pain points and transform the culture.

My coaching style is grounded in years of clinical practice as a nurse midwife. I listen, understand the complex struggles people face, know how to support people through these times and come out stronger. My years as a health care consultant inform me on the importance of transformative leadership and the development of effective teams. To this I bring coaching skills, to help you identify where you want to go, what is holding you back, and how to get there.
