About Me

I’ve lived and worked in 10 different countries — Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Portugal, the US, France, the UK, Germany, China, and Morocco — and I speak 4 languages: Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese. My career with a global edge includes 2 years in the US as Latin America Marketing Director for Steelcase (a Fortune 500 leader in office furniture) and 12 years as Marketing and Customer Experience Director at Leroy Merlin in Brazil (a global home improvement retail giant). Now, as a global business culture consultant and executive coach, I help executives who work internationally develop their leadership, management, and communication skills — working with colleagues and clients from all over the world.

What motivates me most in my coaching practice is when my clients tell me how our sessions have helped them better understand their colleagues' cultures. I love seeing how these new insights enable them to strengthen their leadership, improve their communication, and build stronger, more harmonious professional relationships. All of this helps them achieve even greater results.
I truly enjoy exchanging ideas and experiences with them, and every day, I learn a little more about different professional cultures. Their stories are often fascinating and very enriching for me as well!
