About Me

I've been actualising and re-actualising myself since a major burnout after graduating from my Master's programme. I studied to become a Conference Interpreter and I valued knowledge and reason above anything else. I was living so disconnected from myself that for years I didn't even realise I was not happy. I was perfectly functional, but purposeless.
I decided to embrace the whole of me. Working through all my repressed feelings, false beliefs and stories, I discovered so much light, creativity and resourcefulness. This path also delivered my purpose: using my gifts to help people in similar situations.
I firmly believe that transformation is a natural part of our lives. Embracing change means embracing growth and a future self-capable to hold this life for what it is: something happening for you, not something happening to you.
Getting clients out of their victim thinking is the first thing I do during my coaching sessions. As soon as you start to see that you're the one creating your current reality, your are free to start focusing on strengths and solutions. Now, this process does not happen overnight, but guided with patience and softness, the clients starts to gradually let go of limiting beliefs.
We then look at personal goals and what motivates you to reach them. I really believe we reach our goals faster when we're guided by passion and meaning, not by sheer willpower and self-discipline. We didn't come here to punish or trick ourselves into a certain way of being and behaving. We came here in order to discover our own gifts and ways.
I provide both individual sessions and coaching programs (8 sessions) centred around a certain topic or issue. Between sessions you will be provided with reflection opportunities and additional resources (only if need them).
Other random facts about me: I use laughter and methaphors in my sessions, I am a weird blend of gentle and energetic, I speak English, Romanian, German and Spanish.
