About Me

I am an Emotional Intelligence and Values Coach and love to work with parents, teens and young adults.

Trained in Competencies laid by International Coach Federation, I am a Master Practitioner of Richard Bandler’s Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) techniques. A studio potter I teach art as a tool for mindfulness.

My expertise include neuroscience and somatic based coaching approach to build emotional strength, manage stress better, be resilient, have confidence, deepen self love, live and parent mindfully.

My vision is that we raise our children to learn the art of living well with self awareness and compassion. I truly believe that as parents we have this sacred duty to raise ourselves first. Parenting to me means a journey from becoming a parent to Being a parent.
