About Me

I was born and raised in New York and New Jersey, USA. As a young age, I grew up around monks. Yes, MONKS is correct! I grew up learning ancient eastern wisdom traditions. In fact, when I was 17, I ended up traveling with a monk for two weeks across the US.

This sort of upbringing changed my life. The wisdom, lifestyle, teachings, mindsets and inner clarity of the spiritual teachers I grew up with (and am still in touch with today), guides my life in an incredibly profound way. Philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, and wisdom are the rock bed of what I do. Particularly, I learned deeply the power of heart-centered leadership and servant leadership, which is based on the values of compassion, empathy, humility, vulnerablity, curiosity, and courage. In a world that can unconsciously or consciously breed disconnection, greed, exploitation, this style of leadership is a complete 180 degree shift and a revolution in consciousness.

I combine my deep spiritual training and background with close to a decade and half of corporate experience. I have worked at some of the largest companies such as Bank of America as a leadership development consultant. I am also lead coaching and training engagements for some of the largest brands such as Google, Charles Schwab, Meta, AT&T, Workday, Hilton, Fidelity, and many many more.

I am a certified professional coach (CPC) as well as accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF), the gold standard of coaching. My philosophy is that, as a coach, it's my honor and privilege to serve your highest potential. Additionally, I am certified in a wide variety of leadership assessments such as:
