About Me

I'm Aoife (pronounced 'ee-fah!'). My mission is to help highly-driven leaders to level up to high performance. I do this through facilitating the development of their emotional intelligence. I have 16 years multinational experience, working in leadership, coaching and training roles. I hold a Masters in Psychology, a BSc in HR Management, a Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Diploma in Training and Development.
