About Me
Relationships are all around us. They effect our daily lives, and come in various forms. I enjoy helping individuals, couples, colleagues, and family members learn how to have better relationships in their lives. Misunderstandings, and adversity, happen, but how we deal with it is up to us. If we take a little time to better understand one another, we can find common ground to support each other, and have a healthier relationship.
I also coach individuals in other life challenges, decision making, prioritization, life changes, goal setting, careers, and motivation.
In my personal life, I have experienced a series of big life changes that have taken me across the country, with many highs and many lows. Sometimes I knew exactly what I wanted, and sometimes I had no clue what to do next. I wish I had a life coach supporting me along that journey. I could have waisted a lot less time, and gotten a lot further. Now, as a life coach, I enjoy being that support for others. I am constantly inspired by my clients, when I see the shifts they make through our work together.

April has worked with me through one of the worst episodes of my life and now through a pandemic. Shes helped me structure all the mess in my head that hindered me from moving forward. She pointed out weak spots in my routine and structured baby steps to turn it around. Mostly she listens so intuitively to what I say and gives me great insight into how Im really feeling.
