About Me
I coach business owners and executives through the transitions that decide what a company becomes next.
Most of the owners I work with are in the middle of one of these:
- Handing the business to a son or daughter, or to a first non-family leader, and not sure it survives the handover
- Preparing to sell, and finding out how much of the business still runs through one person
- Growing past the point where the founder can hold it all personally
- Turning around a company that has stopped working the way it used to
The mechanics of those transitions matter. The harder part is usually the owner, and the question underneath it: who am I if I am not the one running this?
I also coach executives and senior leaders one to one: scaling their own capability, burnout, imposter syndrome, and the gap between the job they do and the life they wanted.
How I work
Monthly engagements, not single sessions. We start with a 90 day plan, then meet every week or two, with me available in between. I am your strategist, sounding board, and the person who holds you to what you said you would do.

The part that is not on the CV
The transformations that taught me the most were personal. I rebuilt my marriage after two years apart. I lost 80 pounds without shortcuts. I moved my family across countries and cultures, and changed careers to realign with purpose.
