About Me
Have always believed that humans are different, how can we all have the same development needs or motivations. Everyone at any point in time has potential : to grow and enhance themselves.
As a professional I have over 25 years of experience in Retail banking and then in running my L&D enterprise - with focus on Leadership Development, Business Storytelling, Future Skills, Leading high performing Teams, D&I etc. DISC, Professional ICF Coaching, NLP, Ontological Coaching, Transactional Analysis, Storytelling For Leaders, Silva Mindfulness and Edward deBono programs to name a few. Also a member with HBR Advisory Council and Board Member of International Coach Federation – Hong Kong & Asia CEO member.
I curate bespoke learning solutions, rather than cookie cutter training programs and don’t subscribe to a one size fits all approach. This has served me as a Corporate Trainer and I apply this in my coaching practice too.
As your coach, you will be centre of the coaching intervention that will be customized for you. We all need someone to show us a mirror that presents an unbiased view.
Studying human behaviour has always inspired me.
My hands-on experience as a line manager, with oversight of 500+ team members in various corporate roles, gives me real-life insights into managing and thriving in a large, complex corporate environment.
I am a keen student of human psychology and neuroscience, and look to blend Western Management with Asian spiritual wisdom this has helped me gain insights into human behaviour : patterns, motivations and actions. I believe solutions are within us and we all need someone to trust us and listen.

I recently had the privilege of participating in a one-on-one Business Storytelling Coaching Session led by Arunanjali .
