About Me

I’m a highly sensitive person. I’m a wife, a working mom and a business owner. I’m someone that has experienced the loop of chronic anxiety, stress and overstimulation. I have stepped out of the loop into a life of purpose, energy, and speaking up for myself. I come to you first as a real human with real life experience, and second as your coach with a practical, no-nonsense method of helping you take control of your life again.

Besides life experience, I have more than five years of experience helping people with stress, burnout, anxiety, and parenting. For most of my time helping people, I specialized in working with highly sensitive people. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. As your coach, I will not be providing you therapy, but I will be guiding you towards insight and giving you practical tools to help you with your stressors and struggles.
