About Me

I help women who have been in abusive and/or unhealthy relationships recreate the passion, inspiration and drive to rebuild lives they control.
I know life can cause a lot of scars that the world can't see. I have PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety myself and I have learned how to develop the mindset to carry me through to my Vision of success and fulfilment. Life has taken enough from my clients. I help them learn the same tools and knowledge I gained in order to take back my own life. My clients don't have to struggle by themselves. Inspiration is inside all of us. My clients and I harness it together!
