I’m a feminine-centered relationship coach and trauma-focused Licensed Clinical Social Worker, helping high-achieving women break the cycle of unavailable love and attract connection that feels safe, sacred, and real.

With over 15 years of experience working with survivors of relational and sexual violence, certifications in coaching, hypnotherapy, and somatic modalities like Brainspotting / EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, I blend deep therapeutic training with heart-led coaching.

My work is rooted in the belief that love isn’t something you chase — it’s something you allow when you feel whole, safe, and worthy in your own body.

I support women in uncovering the why behind their dating and relationship patterns — guiding them to heal core wounds, shift unconscious attraction, and reclaim their feminine power in love.
