About Me

I am a certified Master Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, I trained in London in 2018 with Nina Madden who is a Master Life Coach. Now based between London, New York and Dubai, my life purpose is to help my clients live their best life and to find what it is that truly leaves them feeling fulfilled and proud at the end of the day.

As a Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, my goal is to get closer to the life you dream of. Many of us have doubts or insecurities around what we truly want in life. I want you to let go of the excuses, say goodbye to that doubt and step into your all fulfilling future with me. Life coaching is one of the most effective forms of talking therapies and in my experience is the most positive, motivating way of achieving your dreams and making them your reality. Working with me, I do challenge my clients to help them better establish what is it that they REALLY want and what is the reality of what is holding them back.

In my free time I am also a coach to:
Young people (11-18 years):
- specifically addressing very relevant issues such as Social media, bullying, growing up and how that physically and mentally effects us, body image and leaving school.
Cancer Patients (Macmillans Cancer Charity):
- around their cancer diagnosis, how life changes (and doesn't) and the effects on areas like work, body and mind, relationships etc
Disabled Children and Young People (KEEN Coaching London.
