About Me

Ayshah has over 20 years of professional expertise working in the fields of finance, government, banking, accounting, training, and education. She is a Federal Government retiree and has an extensive career working for the Federal Government, County Government, & Fortune 500 companies such as America Online, Morgan Stanley, Washington-Dulles International Airport, & Navy Federal Credit Union. She was an Honors’ student and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Marketing. Ayshah continually educates herself, by pursuing a Doctorate degree in Education.
For the past 8 years, Ayshah has been working with Loudoun County Public Schools, Adult Education Department as an Instructor. She teaches online & in-person professional development courses and partners with government agencies, public education organizations and local businesses to administer her training objectives. Ayshah creates and teaches course curriculum content to provide adults with professional development skills in Career Advancement, Business Etiquette, Communication and Ethical practices. These courses teach students essential soft skills necessary for individuals to succeed in their professional career journey. Additionally, she creates and teaches course curriculum business development content for emerging and current entrepreneurs to improve their business plan model, increase their marketing strategies, grow clientele, and develop business partnerships to increase their profits.
Ayshah is a small business owner of AP & Associates, LLC, and has spent many years serving, mentoring and educating hundreds of students, employees, managers, and business owner executives in her community. In her spare time, she mentors high school students for the Academies of Loudoun, S.T.E.M. program. She is an active mentor and member for academic enrichment programs within Loudoun County Public Schools.
