I enable them to build personal and leadership skills by coaching and writing so that they can minimize the struggles and overcome the challenges while handling multiple responsibilities in their journey from a manager to a leader .

When I was promoted from a teacher to a senior coordinator I had to struggle a lot.
It was tough dealing with the team of teachers ,my employer ,the students and parents , developing systems , coordinating with everyone, handling my two small children , family and completing my bachelors in Education at the same time .

I had a hard time balancing all of these . Working things out was the only way to go.

I know what it means to be a New Manager .To develop ,manage , lead the team and coordinate with your seniors and stay calm in every situation as well as grow in your own career is quite challenging .

And I am here to help you with all my experience , knowledge, skills and talents so that you can create a better experience for yourself and skip the long learning curve and struggle all the way .

I have 15 years of teaching experience . I have trained as a Leadership Coach from Symbiosis University .

I specialize in skills like Productivity , Time Management Problem solving , Strategic thinking and planning , Goal setting, Communication, Influencing and Emotional Intelligence. I am open to new learning and experimenting with new ideas .


Success to me means using your special gifts purposefully ,creating more happiness and success in career, life ,health and relationships.

And I have discovered that learning , improving and moving ahead with times is the only key to success in every area of life.
