I'm Bansi, a CPD-certified life coach who takes on a strength-based approach and believes that the most effective way for us to collaborate is through kindness and (self-) compassion. I focus on assisting people in supporting their emotional wellness because I believe that emotional health is just as important as physical health, if not more. If we feel emotionally balanced, we can be happier people and a happier society.
