About Me
As an International Executive Career Coach and a Certified Hidden Job Market Coach (CHJMC), supporting senior executives that want to take personal control of their international career development. I have worked with Global Senior Managers from Spain, Latin-American Countries, U.S.A, the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the U.K. I help them to plan, prepare and develop their job search strategy and find their ideal international challenge.
A combined education in Psychology and a MBA in business administration has given me unique skills in the areas of human resource management and leadership development.
I have lived and worked in London, Spain, South America and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Dubai) which gives me a personal and unique insight into to the many and varied challenges global executives face in the global market. I coach globally in English and Spanish.

+ MBA degree in Business Administration from University Externado and a degree in Psychology from the University of the Andes.
