    About Me

    Hey there! I'm so glad you stopped by. My name is Ben, and I'm a health and wellness coach who's passionate about helping people lose weight, keep it off, and improve their overall health in every aspect of their lives.

    I've been involved in physical fitness for as long as I can remember, whether it was farming, playing sports, or hitting the gym. I've tried all the diets and seen success, but it was never lasting. I know how frustrating it can be to work hard and not see results.

    That's why I did some research and learned proven strategies (most used by Olympians) to stay in superb health and keep weight off, all holistically. I personally gained a good amount of weight and had 30% body fat. But in just three months using what I learned, I lost 75 lbs naturally and was hovering around 8-11% body fat. I felt amazing, and I want to help you feel that way too!

    As a coach, my approach is motivating and understanding, and personalized to each client's unique needs. I'll hold you accountable and provide encouragement as you build better habits and move toward your goals. We're all at different stages in our fitness and diet journeys, but I believe we can all achieve our objectives with the right support and guidance.
