About Me
I've always been fascinated by psychology, human behavior, and what separates people who simply function from people who truly thrive.
For years, I looked successful on the outside, but privately I struggled with unhealthy patterns around women and sex that affected my confidence, relationships, and sense of integrity. When those patterns nearly cost me everything, I finally asked for help. That decision changed the direction of my life.
Today I help other men make that same transformation.
My coaching is designed for ambitious men who want more than surface-level habits or motivation. Together we work to understand the emotional drivers behind compulsive behaviors, rebuild self-trust, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop the discipline to live in alignment with their values.
Rather than relying on shame or willpower, I combine practical psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, and deep self-inquiry to help clients create lasting change. My approach is compassionate, direct, and focused on real-world results.
I'm an ICF-accredited Men's Coach, accredited through the Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP), and have completed specialist training in men's work and desexualization. My work integrates evidence-based coaching with personal experience, allowing me to meet clients with both professional guidance and genuine understanding.
Whether you're struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors, relationship challenges, a lack of purpose, or simply know you're capable of becoming a stronger man than you've been, my goal is to help you become someone you genuinely respect.
