I was recommended coaching, and when I started with Bernadette, I had no idea it would be such a life-changing experience. In just a few months, my mindset and perspective have noticeably transformed, ultimately altering my lifes trajectory. Bernadette is reliable, friendly yet professional, and patient. As a shy person, I found her easy to engage with, and the safe space she created allowed me to express my thoughts more freely. Her excellent ability to ask insightful questions led to many "light bulb" moments, giving me new perspectives. Bernadettes positivity is also contagious, leaving me feeling positive, energised, and hopeful after each session. I am deeply grateful to have worked with Bernadette and will continue to do so, as my experience has shown that working with a coach is an invaluable personal investment. Thank you, Bernadette!

I am constantly juggling multiple responsibilities and I struggle to find balance between my home life and career and a diagnosis of ADHD to top of it off. Bernadette takes the time to truly listen to my concerns and challenges. She provides me with practical tools and strategies to help me navigate the various facets of my life, and offers valuable insights that help me to see things from a different perspective. What truly sets Bernadette apart is her support and encouragement and she genuinely cares. She is always there to provide guidance and motivation when I need it most, and helps me to stay focused on my goals even when things feel overwhelming. I highly recommend Bernadette as a transformational coach to anyone who is looking to make positive changes in their life, even if they feel like they have a lot to juggle.

Bernadette was incredible! I've reached out for coaching help with other coaches in the past but experienced little to no results. Bernadette was able to help me quickly uncover the root causes of what has been blocking me for years! With her patient but very focused approach and targeted questioning, she provided me the space and guidance to dig deeper and truly understand myself better and in ways new to me.
