About Me

As a mental health professional and coach, I have worked with a diverse array of individuals and organizations in public school districts, higher education, federal government, municipal government, non-profit agencies, human and veterinary medical settings.

I offer strategies to maximize potential, improve effectiveness, and enhance overall wellbeing. As a coach, I use a strengths-based approach to identify work style, teach compensatory skills, create opportunities for growth and transformation, and provide motivational feedback. For organizations, I educate and enhance organizational goals directed at improving the wellbeing and performance of team members and employees of the system.
