I have been a Coach-Recruiter for the past 30 years. I founded CuttingEdge, a boutique executive search practice at the onset of the internet boom. Being a business owner of a female owned-and-operated recruiting firm, I have had the privilege to leverage my greatest passion: the opportunity to help individuals learn and grow both personally and professionally. I am an effective and dedicated professional with the drive, passion, and willingness to support my client's need to be the best version of themselves. In order to accomplish this task, it takes both the coach and client to move to the next step. I have coached entry-level grads entering the workforce straight through to mid-market and senior executives in career transition.
