About Me

I’m Birgitte Thoelen, mum, lover of beachcombing and dance.

I’m a HCPC and BAAT registered Art Therapist, low intensity CBT Therapist, Woman Centred Coach, workshop facilitator, educator and artist. With over 20 years of experience across the arts, corporate, and health sectors, I specialize in helping women overcome obstacles in a safe and confidential space. As both a guide and proof of what’s possible, I am committed to helping you create an authentic, aligned life that reflects your true potential. Unlike traditional coaching, I integrate creative and embodied methods for deep transformation, helping you establish balanced perspectives.

My woman-centred multimodal method accelerates you to aim higher from the outset, you will be able to connect deeper with your desires, uncover hidden barriers and you will receive aligning tools and strategies to bridge the gaps for lasting extraordinary results.
