About Me

Bob Dianetti is the owner of BrainSpark, a professional business coaching and training organization based Northeast, Ohio. He is an Authorized YB12 Corporate Coach; an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®; a PXT Select® Certified Professional; and a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. He is also an Associate Fellow with the Society for Technical Communication.

Bob’s coaching process is straightforward and results-focused: Discover → Identify Focus Areas → Establish Process → Build and Implement a Customized Coaching Program → Achieve Results. Every client and organization is unique, and Bob believes a one-size-fits-all approach rarely delivers meaningful outcomes.

Before founding BrainSpark, Bob built a bootstrap company starting in 1996 and grew it to several million dollars in annual sales over a 17-year tenure. Thirteen years ago, he launched BrainSpark to help other business owners and leaders achieve similar success. Having “been there and done that,” Bob’s mission is to help others reach their own version of success with clarity, confidence, and proven strategy.

Bob completed his undergraduate studies at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and later completed the MBA Essentials Program at Kent State University. His additional credentials include Sandler Training’s Strategic Leadership & Management Program, COSE’s Strategic Planning Certificate, and certification as an Everything DiSC® Facilitator.
