I am a Certified Life and Holistic Health Coach. I incorporate evidenced based frameworks deeply rooted in positive psychology and mindfulness along with a holistic mind/body/spirit approach to assist my clients in releasing their limiting beliefs while accessing their strengths, and guide them towards more meaningful, joyful, and overall healthier, loving self-relationships.

My decision to answer the calling to become a coach stems deeply from years of navigating my own past trauma as well as witnessing, and seeking understanding of, my daughter’s battle of addiction and mental illness. In searching for my own answers, it became clear that there is tremendous need to build community and help others rise above, strengthen their relationships with self and others, and re-write their OWN stories as I have done. My story is a long one - 56 years and counting - with many bends along the way. What I have learned most from my years on this planet is that change is inevitable and healing is possible.
