About Me

In the first half of life, I was a follower and wanted to fit in. I listened to the 'shoulds' and followed the prescribed path. Then I burnt out and it taught me that I needed to turn inward and listen to myself. Now I am creating the second half of my life from the inside out and learning leadership by learning how to lead myself.

Heartfelt Navigation is an invitation to use your entire being, not just your rational mind, to make decisions in your life. In my recovery from burnout, I discovered how much wisdom is already within my body and subconscious mind. So in my coaching work, I draw on the principles of neuroscience to assist my clients in accessing this deeper knowing and natural source of intrinsic motivation within themselves.

As a former Architect, I also bring a rich understanding of the unique mental and emotional challenges faced by women in male-dominated fields.
