When I chose Architecture for my career at age 18, I didn't know who I was or what I really wanted. By the time I learned about job fit and discovered my true strengths as a coach and facilitator, changing careers felt impossible. After getting painfully stuck and burning out, I discovered that I needed more than just a long vacation and a new job, I needed to upgrade my mindset to become the leader and Architect of my own career.

In 2018 I became a certified coach and in 2023 I started to focus on burnout and stress management. I have specific training in building emotional resilience and using neuroscience-backed coaching techniques to create lasting change in my client's lives.
