Dynamic Balance is about letting go of the energy drains that are keeping you stuck. As this energy is released you will gain greater clarity, peace of mind, and will connect with the core of your truth. It is not that you will never have self-doubt, fear, or insecurity again. You will, however, have the tools and courage to walk in a straight line past limiting beliefs and emotions. You will live from a higher sense of purpose.
Dynamic Balance believes in continuous, incremental improvement as a process for positive change. Small changes on a regular basis, like compound interest, carried out continuously build on each other to become big improvements over time. When you focus on building better habits of breathing, thinking, feeling, exercising and eating they will over time naturally dissolve those which don’t support you.
The fact is crash diets, Enlightenment Intensives, and powerful mind altering workshops simply don’t work long term for most people. They don’t encourage long term change because a habit has not been instilled and habit is the most powerful part of continuous personal change. Five minutes a day of exercise is better than an hour twice a month, a daily 60 second meditation is better than two hours once a month, chewing each bite of food 5 extra times is better than eliminating the foods you love for a six month period.

Thanks Brad, I now feel incredibly free, calm and grounded. No anger, no frustration, because I was able to disconnect my energy from the present job and boss(but definitely not the students!) Brad, Having the time to reflect and develop new self-awareness has opened my eyes to new possibilities.
