About Me

I’ve been working as a certified Life Coach since 2019, holding a Postgraduate Certificate in Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University. I also hold a Master’s in Mental Health and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Before coaching, I worked for several years as a Social Worker in community mental health, and I bring the unique perspective of being a military spouse of 23 years—an experience that deeply informs my work with individuals navigating complex life transitions.

I specialize in helping people identify and strengthen their sense of intimacy, set personal goals, and cope with the underlying issues that cause emotional distress. I help women and men navigate the deep, often overwhelming emotions tied to intimacy, grief, and life transitions.

My work supports adults in releasing the shame surrounding sexual intimacy—whether in monogamous or ethically non-monogamous relationships—so they can reconnect with themselves, embrace their desires, and find joy in authentic connection. I also guide clients through the pain of loss and the uncertainty of major life changes, helping them move forward with greater self-awareness and resilience.
