My weakness, my whole life, was saying "NO" and addressing issues. This was burning me out and continually feeling very unhappy within myself. I decided to get a little help with a life coach. Brenda Watson is genuine and passionate about helping people. She listened, guided and encouraged in the right way to work myself through to have a stronger voice in what mattered to me. A few years have gone by, but today I feel strong and good to speak openly and on the spot if something doesn't sit right for me. In these situations, and some have been difficult, I have not angered or lost one stranger or friend over the years. Instead, I feel they respect me more and my decisions. Thank-you, Brenda.

Before Brenda came into my life I suffered from low self-esteem,indecisiveness and no real direction in my life.Brenda has since helped me become more goal oriented-allowing me to make goals that were achievable .With time I've been able to make good decisions and to trust in my abilities to overcome obstacles in my life.Brenda has a lot of wisdom and compassion and has helped me discover treasures I was unaware of within myself.
