About Me
I coach entrepreneurs and professionals who feel stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by the weight of decision fatigue, burnout, or a business that’s no longer serving their life. My mission is simple: help you gain strategic clarity, take focused action, and build something that actually works, for your vision, values, and future.
I bring a unique blend of experience to the coaching relationship rooted in high-level leadership, real-world business execution, and a deep commitment to personal growth. Before launching my coaching practice, I led 8-figure corporate accounts and cross-functional teams, served in high-trust leadership roles within government, and built five startups from the ground up. I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to create sustainable success and what causes many leaders to quietly stall out.
I hold an MBA and a Master’s in Christian Leadership, which shapes not only how I think about strategy and systems, but how I view legacy, purpose, and people. My coaching is grounded in practical frameworks like the GROW model and DISC, but my true focus is on transformation not theory. I’m the creator of proprietary models like DRIVEN OWNER, which help you align your mindset, habits, and leadership with the structure your business needs to grow.
Clients work with me when they’re ready to stop spinning their wheels and start building with intention. I don’t believe in hype. I believe in clarity, accountability, and consistent momentum.

I hired B-Rob to help me with my self confidence after a bad break up. He was super helpful in helping me understand that I was not defined by the bad situation that I was in. He was easy to talk to and I really felt like he knew what I was feeling which was not good. He came up with things that I have never thought of like knowing what my personal values are so that I have my foundation for all of my actions. He had me think and write out my "closed fist" and "open fisted" items and that help me realize that I was settling in the relationship and the break up was me being free to go find someone that was a better match for me. That really helped my confidence. He was listening to everything I said because he recalled some things I said and asked me questions and I then realized that I had accomplished more things than I realized. He showed me that those things had some challenging times in the journey to achieving the success and that this was no different. I began seeing the way I was growing to be stronger in the breakup and when I saw my ex again I was able to maintain my composure and I was confident that my life is now better. He helped me see the positive side of my future and ever day I am stronger and more focused then I was before I was working with B-Rob.
