By the age of 35, Brittany had already founded two successful businesses, including one that was sold in 2024, demonstrating her expertise in business formation, team building, and creating effective systems.

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Brittany deeply understands what it’s like to pour everything into others—often at the expense of self. She’s passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free environment where her clients can express their deepest concerns, frustrations, and dreams—the things they might not feel comfortable sharing at work or even at home. Her mission is to help clients shed the expectations of others, reconnect with their true selves, and design a life and career rooted in authenticity and fulfillment.
