About Me

With over 15 years of experience as a school counselor, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with teenagers through some of the most formative years of their lives. What I’ve come to understand in that time is something simple, yet profound:

Teenagers and adults are not so different.
Both want to be seen.
Both want to be understood.
Both seek validation, encouragement, and—perhaps most deeply—a safe space to finally take off the mask and be who they truly are.

My approach is rooted in heart-centered, intuitive guidance. I create a space where both adults and teens feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported—not just on a surface level, but at the core of who they are.
