About Me

Bronwyn Foley is an Executive & Leadership Coach with a specialization in ADHD. Her clients include executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, attorneys, and emerging company leaders, many of whom are ADHD-impacted. These high-performing leaders are capable of extraordinary results but often find themselves depleted and confounded by shifting context and their own response.

Bronwyn works with her clients to construct an accurate, reflective model of their unique energetic and neurological design, freeing them to access strengths on demand and understand what's happening when it feels like they can't. Her clients move from blame and self-reproach to clarity and even self-compassion.

Bronwyn's adaptive style bridges the gap between granular, daily work and the long-term vision that seeds sustainable change and growth. She has curated a multi-disciplinary approach, integrating neuroscience, positive psychology, MEHRIT Self-Reg, and Kolbe. The result is a personal, strength-based blueprint her clients can put to work immediately.

Identified ADHD as an adult, Bronwyn brings expertise and lived experience to her work. With 2,000+ hours of coaching and a background in the performing arts, enterprise sales, and sales leadership, her coaching is shrewd, practical, direct, and delivered with genuine care.

The road to getting things done is understanding what drives you. Consider this your invitation. Stop fixing yourself and start knowing yourself. Start With You.
