"My clients are women like you, who feel like their tanks are constantly running on empty, shouldering a long list of never ending 'to-do's', all while trying to smile and show the world that everything is ok."
After 17 years as a nurse practitioner, seeing patient after patient suffering from preventable illnesses (many caused by stress and anxiety) and seeing that our healthcare system was only there to bandaid, I decided to take action.
In my practice, I use mind-body medicine--heart centered connection tools--to teach you how to really understand yourself and get answers you need to move forward. I also guide you using positivity, values and character strengths because these are foundational to self motivation.
Working with me, you will explore your true self, get to know what you really like, what makes you come alive! Our time together will be engaging, fun and...hard work! You'll have homework every week to help you get to know yourself better. Together we will learn tools for connection, tools for "seeing" and how to put yourself first so you have the energy you need for life and others.
I work with people individually and I offer retreats. The retreats are 5 days and include outdoor activity, healthy food,
I attended the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, online. The program was intensely focused on the functional aspects of health and wellbeing: nutrition, food plans, gut health and psychological wellbeing. In 2008, I became a Diplomat of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine after 18 months of study in functional and nutritional medicine. I practiced as a functional medicine nurse practitioner and I spent 4 years in urgent care. Today, I am thrilled to be here coaching you through life's ups and downs.

Working with Bronwyn has transformed my life! She is the coach I never knew I needed. Her calm demeanor, wisdom and insight supported me in my time of extreme anxiety. She guided me to find time in my day yet I still completed all my projects, on time and with more creativity! I now use meditation daily, have a healthier diet, find time to exercise and love my work.Elizabeth
I’ve had anxiety most of my life. It was helpful to know others suffer from the same issues that I have. The small group format was helpful for me, participating was easy. Everyone was so accepting. I found trying new ways to treat my anxiety helpful, even exciting. I now use shaking and dancing meditation regularly. I also found journaling really helps my monkey mind. Using meditation and the questions Bronwyn provided, has helped me see “why” I react the way I do. It has really help me change my behavior.Dave
