Hi, I’m Bruce Dougherty, founder of Discover U.

I help people uncover hidden patterns, process old wounds, and step into a stronger, more empowered version of themselves.

I work with all ages....most of my clients come to me after realizing life hasn’t turned out the way they hoped.

Many of us live reacting to the same challenges over and over — struggling in relationships, feeling frustrated with ourselves, or carrying unresolved emotional pain — often without realizing what’s holding us back. That’s where growth begins.

At Discover U, I guide people who want to become more self-aware, curious about their patterns, and ready to take action. I teach practical skills like navigating conflict, setting healthy boundaries, forgiving yourself and others, and letting go of the past.

With over 70 interactive sessions/events offered live via Zoom, anyone, anywhere in the world can get the help they need. We can do one on one sessions, or you can join budget-friendly group events, or a combination of both. The goal is to make it work for YOU!
