Welcome. There are many pivot points in life, shifts in relationship, changes in jobs or moving to a new city. These shifts can bring up all kinds of challenges and difficulty. I am here to guide you to balance, walk you through what is challenging you or feels really hard to manage. Then we can start to break down some of the beliefs that may have cropped up and aren’t helping.

In my belief, ultimately, you are the one you have been waiting for to bring to light what wants to shift. It’s alright if that doesn’t feel true now.

As we find our way there, I will support you through exploring what challenges you may be facing, circumstances you are navigating, and how to sift through difficulties to find and remember what truly lights you up and feels fun and purposeful. This will allow the step into something new or through something challenging to feel simpler and more manageable.

A little about me: I am a masculine alchemy facilitator with Sacred Sons. I also host a local men’s Council every other week. For clarity, I am more than open to working with all aspects of Human expression (masc. & fem) regardless of the body they travel in. ❤️

I also am a Vocal Activator and am able to lead custom crafted guided meditation.

I am originally from Wyoming and lived in MT, AK, Brooklyn, and LA, now residing in Portland, OR.

Laughter and Play are huge parts of my life and playing with language, singing life, and surprising myself with movement are all parts of that.

Life has many modes and there are many structures we have built to navigate this 3-D reality. My belief is that there is a river of Love that runs underneath (and all through) all of it.
The more we are able to Love first, the more we are likely to enjoy what follows.
