About Me

I’m Byrd, a Sex Education and Relationship Coach with a unique focus on the intersections of intimacy, chronic illness, and queerness, but I work with everyone regardless of identity, lifestyle, or relationship style. My coaching style is warm, compassionate, and unpretentious. I meet clients where they are, whether that’s working through a lack of desire, navigating relational dynamics, or troubleshooting libido issues that arise due to stress, busy schedules, or the unique complexities of disability. My approach is to create a shame-free space where we can explore all aspects of sexuality with curiosity, rather than judgment. Using tools rooted in evidence-based practices and my training in sex education, I also incorporate relational frameworks like Gottman techniques, which offer valuable insights for managing conflicts and strengthening connections.

I believe in co-creating the coaching process with you. Together, we’ll focus on your specific goals and values, whether it’s finding ways to reconnect with your body, developing strategies for intimacy in long-term partnerships, or simply rediscovering joy in areas that may feel complicated or closed off.
