About Me
For the past 18 years, I've been coaching and training B2B sales and business leaders on how to gain insights into what makes them successful and what's holding them back from achieving greater success. Many of my clients are successful and have years of experience in their fields. However, their outdated assumptions or subtle changes in their fast-evolving landscape can cause blindspots or obstacles for them.
I have helped individual sales reps boost their sales results, and sales leaders learn how to get better performance from their teams. I have worked with world-renowned companies' sales and management teams like Cisco, Evonik, and Illumina. I have worked with well-respected companies in their respective niches in chemical, industrial automation, automotive, IT, life sciences, etc. I have also coached individuals on a 1-to-1 basis to help them achieve breakthrough outcomes and results.
In the meantime, I have written a book on "Winning the B2B Sale in China" and co-created Sales-MapTM, a scenario-based sales proficiency assessment. However, talking to sales and business leaders and listening to their stories excites me the most. Let's have a chat and explore further.
