About Me

I believe we have an epidemic of people doing work that they aren't meant to be doing. Whether you are an employee or a business owner, I think one of the keys to being happier and more fulfilled in life is doing work that lights you up. The challenge is many people either don't know what lights them up or if the do, they don't know how to incorporate that into their current career or business. Perhaps you have experienced this?

I have spent over 25 years in the corporate world and owned multiple businesses so I have seen it all.

I spent many years doing work that was slowly sucking the soul out of me and I always knew that I was meant for more and knew that I needed to follow my heart and do work that is fulfilling to me. It took a lot of work both professional and personal but I am happy to say that I am now more comfortable in my own skin and happier than I have ever been. I get to show up and serve my clients with soul and strategy and help them create a life THEY are madly in love with!

For years I followed the formula, you know, go to school, work hard, get good grades, climbed the ladder only to realize that I was following someone else's formula! What fulfills YOU is likely different that what fulfills others so I help you create life on YOUR terms.

My book, The Freedom Framework, is all about doing more of what lights you up and less of what doesn't. Freedom is my number one core value and I can help you achieve more freedom as well. Financial freedom, freedom to do what you love, and most importantly, freedom to be yourself fully and authentically AND get compensated for being you and for sharing your gifts with the world.
