About Me

MY PROMISE
On conclusion of your coaching, you will have the necessary, practised skills to be identified by your employers as a high performing, high potential individual. Such talent is actively sought out by executive leaders when planning all levels of succession within a company.

WHY
Communication is a transactional game. Some are naturally skilled. Others need to learn the behavioural rules and work at it before they succeed. I used to be one of those who needed to work at it.

HOW

CREDIBILITY STATEMENT
Using the practice-based behavioural learning model, I have worked as a consultant coach and facilitator for 14 years. My clients have been mostly potential talent within FTSE100 companies and UK Government bodies.

I worked in corporate finance (first Sales, then Training) for 12 years. I then became an actor (the hobby became the profession). In 2002, now being a west end actor and highly reputed voice artist, I decided to combined both loves and skill-sets, and so began work as a corporate actor, being hired by training companies to help trainees practise their learning in as realistic a setting as possible, without judgement or consequences.

From 2004-2007, I was given on-the-job, supervised coaching training, which included over 1000 coaching sessions. Since then I have given over 10,000 hours of coaching and practise to my clients.

I am currently studying for my Masters (MSc) in Coaching and Behaviour Change at the renowned Henley Business School, England.
