Hi! I'm Camilla: an award-winning, cosmopolitan Life Coach, founder of The Empowered Expat Woman, and notorious Self Doubt Slayer.
After + 5 years of working with hundreds of women, I've developed my proven and highly effective signature tools and methods.
My ABC Method for Change Mastery and Empowered Living consists of three steps:
1. Acknowledge where you're at and where you want to go:
getting crystal clear about your goals, needs and desires is like igniting a magic lantern that will shine a bright light on the road to get there.
2. Become your own Biggest ally:
by fostering inner connectedness, deep self trust and self-leadership skills, you'll grow skilled at managing your negative self-talk, taking the right decisions and motivating yourself.
