About Me

My journey began in 1998, after taking a college level psychology class and falling in love. I felt called to pursue a career in Psychotherapy, using the gifts God gave me. So I made a commitment and sacrificed countless hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars and received my B.A. in Psychology and my M.S. in Marriage & Family Therapy. As accomplished as it may sound, my journey spanned the course of 11 years and 4 different universities. And I promise you, it wasn’t all unicorns & rainbows. It was extremely challenging, but I took every fear & setback and used it as fuel to follow that burning fire in my heart to help others conquer their fears & restore their dreams. To date, I’ve worked with thousands of men & women, families & couples to help them reframe their lives more positively & start living it more successfully, from a new perspective.
