About Me

I'm a licensed counselor that has transitioned to coaching middle aged women who are executives, teachers, and in other leadership positions. I have seen countless issues arise from women who want to work on how they come across to others and how they can improve communication with management and employees to feel more empowered, respected, and preserve their energy. This also applies in dating and relationships. It doesn't happen overnight, but in time it is possible to teach others how to treat you, including focusing on what you really need for yourself and learning how to communicate that to others. My bachelors degree is in Corporate Communications, and my masters is in Counseling. Since become a counselor, my clients have made the most progress in these areas and I also enjoy the process of coaching over delving into therapy. Though some reflection is required to understand why you may have certain habits of communication and self-image, I provide coaching only and we will keep the topics forward thinking and structured.
