About Me

I am a certified Female Sexuality and Embodiment Coach (VITA™) and former Psychotherapist with a BA in Psychology and an MS in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in diverse settings—mental health clinics, prisons, and private practice in both the UK and France—which has given me deep insight into how trauma, shame, and disconnection shape people’s lives.

In my earlier career, I worked primarily within the Cognitive Behavioral model, helping clients shift thought patterns and behaviors. While effective, I came to see that true healing requires more than the mind. Trauma and old patterns are often stored in the body, and it is through reconnecting with both mind and body that lasting change becomes possible.

This realization led me to embodiment work. Embodiment is the practice of being fully present in your body and attuned to your sensations, emotions, and needs. It’s about cultivating awareness, compassion, and acceptance for all parts of yourself—even the ones that feel challenging. By listening to the body’s wisdom, we create space for integration, creativity, and authentic self-expression.

In my coaching, I support clients who are ready to reconnect with their authentic selves. I guide them in exploring intimacy issues, setting healthy boundaries, and building confidence in who they are. My approach blends psychology with embodiment, supporting mind–body awareness, gentle trauma release, intimacy and boundary work.

At the heart of my practice is a safe, compassionate space where growth, healing, and self-discovery can unfold. I only offer online sessions, and services are also available in French.
